Welcome!  Below I've included information that will hopefully answer any questions you have regarding use of The Secret Boutique.

Wait, who are you?  

I'm Laura Eliason, the designer behind the items you'll find in the Boutique.  I also handle all the marketing, packaging, shipping, communication and other behind the scenes work.  I love it.  For more info about me see here.  Or check out my facebook page to stay up to date on latest projects.

How do I purchase an item?

To purchase an item, use the button "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now".  This will take you to the shopping cart.  You can continue to shop, or you can update cart to reflect price with shipping.  When you are ready to proceed to payment, click "Check out with Paypal".   

How does Payment work?

I use Paypal to process all payments.  Paypal is secure, and easy to use.  For more information about how Paypal works, please see here.

Could you tell me more about the shipping?

I will ship all items Express International from Ireland, this is a registered service and tracking information can be provided upon request.  Items will be shipped within 3 days of order, except in the case of Custom Orders, in which case, please allow up to 4 weeks for production & shipping time.  Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart, before you check out.  

What about refunds/exchanges?

I will accept returns as long as the item is returned in the condition in which it was sent.  I regret that I can not refund the cost of shipping except in the rare case that an item has a defect.  Please keep in mind that my items are handmade with love and care and that this is part of what makes them so special.  In the case of hand dyed goods, variegations in color are considered part of the design and not a defect.  

Can I send this as a gift?

All items will be sent beautifully packaged because even if you are buying for yourself, you deserve a lovely gift.  If you are sending to someone else, please let me know in "notes to seller" during checkout, and you may also include a short message which I can include in the package.
