Warhol Art Playing

Today I got to take C & M (visitors from the states) around Cork. Among the various stops we stopped in the UCC art space The Glucksman. It's sort of the Contemporary Art Center of Cork, and is known not only for fantastic exhibits, but for the beautiful work of architecture that houses them. Right now they are showing The Eternal Now: Warhol and the Factory '63 to '68.
It was fun to stumble upon, visually exciting. Floor to ceiling foil creating strange reflections, cow wallpaper. Lots of Edie Sedgwick around too; I haven't seen the movie but would like to; she's stunning. Loved the room with metallic pillows; there was a little child in there having an absolute blast throwing them around, so we decided to join in the fun...
