Raw Picnic

In the past couple days I've been shutting off the computer and getting my tail out into the sun more because you just have to soak it up here when the sun is out here in Ireland. So today I made a picnic and met Bubs on his lunch break so he can enjoy the lovely weather too and more importantly, escape the cubicle. I made super yummy nori wraps filled with all kinds of veggie goodies and a yummy "cheese" made from nuts. Thank you to Linda for inspiring this! If you haven't discovered nori wraps, DO!
