Start Out the Weekend Right!

Bubs will be home any minute and this is what will be waiting! Again inspired by my cousin Linda and this time also my amazing sister Sarah, this is a wonderful all raw meal. I made up the main course based on the yummy things I saw at the market today; I'd say it is something similar to lasagna but way more nutritious and delicious. The dessert is based on an Ani Phyo recipe. You wouldn't believe how tasty it is; or that it is totally uncooked. Alright, my man is back, time to go enjoy some food with him. Okay, you gotta get me the recipe - that looks amazing!! I'm attempting to eat healthier than I have been and am desperate for anything that isn't salad in a bag... :)
