Stars Aligned

Have you ever had a material, that you bought, and then just struggled to find a way to use it beautifully? Well, you guessed it, I felt that way about this paper I bought.
I've been really wanting to transition to a more environmentally friendly paper, but haven't been able to locate a good quality source here in Ireland. I bought the grey-ish paper some time ago as it is a good quality recycled paper, however the color has proved to be a challenge.
Until last week. Perhaps the stars aligned, but I found these neat metallic corners in scrap-booking supplies in the art store, and *light bulb*. Wow! It was one of those exciting moments where you really get smiley and bubbly with the result. Especially after painting the stems black, it just took them to a whole new level!
