Goody goody gumdrops! pt. 2

I decided to stroll through a few of the charity shops (that's thrift store to my american friends) and lo and behold in the corner of one shop surrounded by cheapness on all sides these italian-made real-leather beauties were calling, nay, yelling my name. And for 6.50 (!!!!!!!!!) who could say no?
Ok yes, this is a gratuitous shoe-obsessed posting, and though i don't need to justify it, I feel I must by saying that I rarely ever shop, and the only time I've purchased shoes in the last year was for my wedding, so I feel pretty much entitled to go over the top with this post. Plus they were a seriously wicked bargain. :) Off to buy some dirt for my seeds.

Those boots ARE quite splendid!!! I didn't score anything that great at the charity shops when I went, but congratulations on your find!
I did visit value village yesterday and came home with a good loot!
i swear its not me. i swear. no hippos hiding anywhere. i swear. hippos are too huge to hide anyway.
