Awash in Joy

Today is a fantastic day. I woke up feeling joyful thanks to the deep sleep I had and this simply beautiful dream I had in the dozy hours that left me feeling awash in joy and love. I wish I could pour this feeling all over everyone. Just this feeling that in spite of whatever might happen, all is right with the world, all is as it should be in this moment.
After a full and productive day yesterday, last night was wonderful. It began with a skype date with Hippo in nyc (aside: skype is one of my favorite inventions, so grateful to be able to connect with my nearest and dearest people this way). Then, my dear and hilarious friend Ash is down from Dublin for a couple days, so of course there were copious amounts of ridiculous laughter. Then (!) my dear friend R who has been gone for weeks showed up to hide-out while waiting to surprise her boyfriend. So nice to spend some time with these ladies again! I'm going to leave this short because I want to enjoy every minute of sunshine and good laughs today. Hope you are all well wherever you are, and have a lovely start to your weekend.
P.S. the Borage (above) is flowering profusely now, and its beautiful, attracting loads of bees and it makes a lovely addition to summer drinks and salads.
