Making Space, Moving On

A few images of my last flower order. I am SO pleased with how well this came together and most importantly, so is the bride-to-be. :)

After the success of this final origami project I actually feel a renewed love for the process and therefore will leave open the opportunity to return to this in future. That said though, I am happy to be turning a new page. As you have probably gathered, I am moving away from the origami flowers for now; there are some other ideas calling me, pulling me to give them attention, pursue them, and I will follow the muse.

It feels great to have this finished and to now have the creative space to dedicate my energy to new pursuits, no guilt of unfinished projects hanging over my head. Have you had a similar experience? I would love to hear about it in the comments.

Hi! I am one of your classmates at the fish bowl. I love how you design your blog and the texture that the pencils gives.
