I'm glad we don't have a cat.

Because pretty much the entire living room floor is covered in spools of yarn (which i imagine Bubs isn't totally thrilled about, but he's kindly not said a word about it). You see, this is necessary for getting inspired to create some funky knit fashions.

Then in the other room, my "official" work space (even though it inevitably migrates to most horizontal surfaces of our apartment) is where I do the planning, sketching, patterning. The fashiony-sketches are mostly just for fun, to get my imagination going, whether or not what I make turns out like that or not is another story. I'll keep you updated.

Right now I'm knitting up lots of swatches and trying to decide what kind of color story to go with. What colors are you drawn to right now?

Personally I love the jewel tones - those are my usual go-to. I also love greys as well. Can't wait to see what you come up with!
