The Talisman Project Wants YOU!

So all that talk about collaborating before, what happened with that, right? Well, how kind of you to ask! It finally took on a form and I've decided to call it The Talisman Project. There are 7 of us now, and I would LOVE to have few more join. You don't need much (not even a lot of time, I'm giving you plenty of that) just a desire to have a little more space in your life for creative exchange. Here's the teaser outline (for the detailed version, shoot me an email at ArguingTheMobius (at) gmail (dot) com):

Part one: The Getting-to-Know-You Part
A self-portrait! It doesn't need to be a self-portrait in the literal sense, it can be symbolic or referential, the key here is to engage your creative side! (you can paint it, write it, or sing it, anyway you want to express yourself!)
(You'll have until Sept 4th for this part of the project)

Part two: The Talisman Part (a SWAP!)
This is the exciting and somewhat mysterious part that involves 8 talismans. Four will be made and sent out into the world by you, and 4 you will receive from distant lands. These will come imbued with qualities you need!
(You'll have till Oct 4 for this part of the project)

Part Three: Gratitude!
Say thank you for the mail by spending a little time thinking about why you needed these specific gifts in your life right now, especially what surprised you. This can be to your diary, through an email, via blog posting, or whispered into the dark. Just experience gratitude, if even for a moment.
(This can be done on your own time, privately, or shared!)
